Adaptive Repair for Irregular & Complex Potholes

EverPatch™ Flex is a highly adaptive pothole repair material featuring an elastic mesh pouch filled with asphalt repair mixture.

The flexible mesh structure allows the material to conform closely to the shape, depth and contour of potholes, supporting strong contact with irregular and damaged pavement areas.

After installation, the repair mixture gradually compacts under vehicle traffic, allowing it to settle securely without the need for additional compaction equipment.

EverPatch™ Flex is designed to maintain workability when moisture or residual snow is present, supporting rapid repairs under challenging weather conditions such as rain or snowfall.

Application Procedure

Four steps to a finished repair

No mixing, heating, or specialized equipment required at any stage. No additional compaction equipment is required.

1. Clean

Clean the pothole and remove loose material and debris.

2. Apply

Place EverPatch™ Flex into the repair area. The elastic mesh structure allows the material to adapt to the shape and contour of the damaged area.

3. Open to Traffic / Natural Compaction

Open the repaired area to vehicle traffic. Traffic naturally compacts the material.

4. Finished Repair

The material settles and conforms to the repair area under traffic load.
